Come along for another fun, FREE fencing session for young people aged around 7–14!
Whether you’ve fenced with us before or have never picked up a sword, you’re very welcome. It’s a chance to have a go, learn new skills, get active and, most importantly, have fun!
The session will include a mix of fencing taster activities and development exercises, giving both beginners and returning fencers the opportunity to learn, practise and enjoy this exciting sport.
🌟 New to fencing? Come and discover something completely different.
⚔️ Been before? Come back, build your skills and have another go!
👋 Part of the local community? Everyone is welcome — bring a friend and join in.
🏆 Could this become a regular club?
That’s the big idea!
These sessions are being run to gauge interest in starting a regular fencing club for young people in the local area. The hope is that the club will run sessions on alternative weeks for two different age groups – 7-10 and 11-14.
We’d love to hear from families who would be interested in regular fencing sessions, so if you think your child might enjoy fencing, please come along and give it a try — whether they’re a complete beginner or have already had a taste of the sport.
The more interest we get, the closer we can get to creating a regular local youth fencing club! 🤺
